Service Excellence Our Service Excellence team is dedicated to supporting the WSIB's customers. We help businesses register online, pay premiums, and create safer workplaces. We also assist individuals with reporting workplace injuries or illnesses, receiving benefit payments, and answering questions about their claims. Some areas that have hired summer students include :
