In the role of Gas Distribution and Storage Summer Student you will provide support for the ordering of locates and permits including emergency requests sewer laterals and other permits ensuring work is scheduled efficiently and accurately. Its an excellent job for students with strong customer service skills attention to detail and an interest in energy operations.

Placement Details :

This is a 4-month summer placement starting in May 2026 located in North Bay ON.

What you will do :

• Order locates and permits using online request forms and tracking tools.
• Follow up with utilities LSPs and municipalities to resolve permit conflicts prior to scheduling work.
• Assemble locate packages ensuring accuracy and completeness and attach them to the correct work orders in Maximo.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.

Please note that this is a role providing contract labour to Enbridge through Raise who manages Enbridges Student Contractor Program. If you are selected for this position you will be employed by Raise and will not be an employee of Enbridge.
