We have an immediate need for a Manager, Program Management to join our Team. In this role, you will play a key part in startup of new / non‑routine business opportunities, lead capture and execution of routine / repeat business opportunities for a wide customer base in manufacturing. Primary Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing complex development and production programs and proposals.
• Receives minimal instruction on day‑to‑day work assignments. Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.
• Plans and manages project budgets and schedule using appropriate project management control techniques. This includes proactive EAC management in collaboration with Program Finance.
• Manages and maintains an Open Issues List (OIL) for each project, while also ensuring the documentation of key milestones and target dates.
• Addresses all customer Contract / GTC requirements.
• Provides clear and concise direction to the Capture Team, Program Execution IPT and the customer to ensure alignment towards execution milestones. Oversees and administers all key process / function deliverables for a given project.
• Drives a rigorous active Risk and Opportunity project register using all the various Raytheon ELCAN lessons learned and risk management tools, ensuring the program properly updates or retires R O’s during execution.
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise on issues.
• Represents the organization as a prime customer contact on key issues.
• The ideal candidate must be a self‑starter and have experience of driving a cross functional team to deliver to tight timelines, while still being able to manage effective relationships.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience :

This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian government’s Controlled Goods Program and the Contract Security Program. In order to obtain the required security clearance, candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada, have resided in Canada for a minimum of five consecutive years, and meet all other program requirements. The salary range for this role is 101,500 CAD - 151,500 CAD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. RTX offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, disability benefits, a retirement savings program, and tuition assistance through RTX’s Employee Scholar Program. Eligibility for specific benefits is based on factors such as position level, employment type (e.g., temporary or permanent), and business unit, and will be discussed during the hiring process.
