Job description3 to 4 years of experience in Procurement SAP experience is desired, and preferred 12 Months of contract position 7 days on 7 days off Rotational role that supports Christina Lake, Foster Creek and Sunrises.June - Nov - Christina LakeDec-Jun 2025 - Foster CreelJul - Dec 2025 - Sunrise Fly in fly out from sites , Camp based
A typical day :
- Responsible to complete the daily inventory run to purchase requisitions for re-stock and work order requirements
- Responsible to source materials for inventory, maintenance and operations utilizing the RFQ process in SAP
- Review and process quotes received from suppliers, including price, delivery, Inco terms, material verification.
- Support the “hot seat” procurement though co-management of a shared procurement email inbox
- Work with planners and other site personnel to gather additional information about requests, as required
- Expedite orders needed in a more timely fashion or that are past due
