  • Orchestrate new feature launches and demonstrate their concrete clinical value to practitioners
  • Develop case studies, client testimonials, and educational content on AI applied to dentistry
  • Support the technology partnership strategy with software publishers and dental sector suppliers
  • Position Claio as an innovative player at the forefront of digital dental transformation

Management & Performance

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure rigorous ROI tracking by channel and by market
  • Implement performance dashboards and present results to leadership
  • Ensure marketing communications comply with applicable laws (Law 25, CASL, CAN-SPAM)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Experience in health technology, medical or dental software (a significant asset)
  • Experience in Canadian and American markets; ability to adapt strategies to cultural and regulatory contexts
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools (automation, paid campaigns, analytics)
  • Excellent command of French and English, written and spoken (bilingualism required)
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its clinical applications
  • Ability to simplify complex technological features for a clinical audience
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven marketing orientation
