Job descriptionOwn the Operations component of S&OP (demand, supply, inventory, execution) Lead AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping workshops with SMEs Define inputs, outputs, handoffs, decision rights, and cut-off times Facilitate weekly S&OP stand-up meetings focused on execution Track deliverables, resolve gaps, and escalate risks Lock processes and prevent perpetual iteration Review and update Business Process Requirements (BPRs) Ensure TO-BE processes are ERP-ready and system-agnostic Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT Support ERP selection and implementation readiness Identify gaps between current operations and ERP best practices PMP certification (required) 7–12 years’ experience in operational process management Proven experience leading AS-IS / TO-BE workshops Strong background in S&OP, supply chain, or distribution operations Demonstrated ability to write and implement SOPs Experience operating in ambiguous, change-driven environments Experience in apparel, consumer goods, wholesale, or distribution ERP selection or implementation experience preferred Exposure to demand planning, supply planning, inventory management an asset Experience working with cross-border (Canada / USA) operations desirable
As the Manager, Operational Process Excellence (PMP), who is a hands-on operational process leader, you will be responsible for designing, institutionalizing, and governing core business processes. This role begins with Operations-led S&OP and expands into ERP Business Process Readiness (BPR). This is not a PMO-only or IT-only role, approximately 70% of the role is hands-on execution.
What Will You Do :
- Lead end-to-end process mapping across operations
- Convert TO-BE processes into SOPs, RACIs, and job aids
- Develop training materials and coordinate training videos
- Establish governance and process adherence metrics
- Drive accountability without direct authority
- Continuously improve operational processes
