Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Acolad Canada is seeking a talented and ambitious Account Manager for Canada to join our dynamic team in Canada.

Responsibilities

Missions et responsabilités principales :

  • Maintient et développe la relation client pour influencer le besoin et l'utilisation des services de l'entreprise.
  • Développe le portefeuille client en proposant de nouveaux services et en prenant contact avec de nouveaux interlocuteurs dans les organisations clientes existantes.
  • Élabore et suit un plan d'action destiné à augmenter le volume d'affaires (nouveaux contacts, nouveaux départements, nouveaux services).
  • Utilise la stratégie de vente de l'entreprise pour développer l'information client et la cartographie des comptes. Utilise les outils pour le pipeline et la croissance commerciale.
  • Participe aux réunions de vente internes ou aux événements marketing au besoin.
  • Partage les problèmes / inquiétudes des clients avec tous les services appropriés pour une résolution qualitative.
  • Atteint les objectifs KPI mensuels fixés par le groupe.
  • Collabore avec le Responsable de la Gestion des Comptes afin de mobiliser les différentes ressources nécessaires (équipes centrales ou locales) pour remporter des opportunités.
  • Rend compte au Responsable de la Gestion des Comptes sur les activités KPI et le pipeline.

Essential Duties and responsibilities :

  • Maintains and develops the client relationship to influence the need and use of the company’s services
  • Develops the client portfolio by upselling & cross-selling new services and reaches out to new contacts in existing client organisations
  • Develops and follows an action plan intended to increase the volume of business (new contacts, new departments, new services)
  • Uses the company's sales tack to develop customer information and account mapping. Uses the tools for opportunity pipeline growth
  • Participates in internal sales meetings or marketing events as needed
  • Shares customer problems / concerns with all appropriate services for qualitative resolution
  • Achieves monthly KPI targets set by the group
  • Discussion with the Head of Account Management on the opportunity to mobilize different resources (central or local teams) to win opportunities
  • Reports to Head of Account Management on KPI activities and opportunities pipeline
  • Requirements

    Compétences :

  • Expérience avérée dans la vente, de préférence acquise dans le B2B, avec un historique d’atteinte et de dépassement des objectifs.
  • Expérience préalable dans le secteur des LSP (Language Service Provider).
  • Français et anglais courants.
  • Grande acuité commerciale avec un esprit de croissance.
  • Solides compétences en communication et en négociation.
  • Sensibilité organisationnelle.
  • Persévérant(e) avec une attitude positive.
  • Vous vous sentez à l'aise pour vendre à des cadres supérieurs.
  • L'ambition d'être numéro 1 sur vos marchés.
  • Requirements :

  • Proven sales experience preferably gained in B2B, with a history of overachieving targets.
  • Previous experience in LSP (language service provider) sector.
  • Fluent French and English.
  • Great commercial acumen with growth mindset.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational sensitivity.
  • Persistent with a positive attitude.
  • You feel confident in selling to senior executives.
  • The ambition to be number 1 in your markets.
