A fast-growing professional training company is looking to hire an Account Manager for their downtown Montreal office.

Responsibilities

Respond to companies interested in training services

  • Manage the proposed solution process : drafting and following up proposals until agreement is reached;
  • Collaborate with different teams until project completion;
  • Verify customer satisfaction;
  • Contribute to the development of proposed solutions (training, services, etc.);
  • Draft calls for tender;
  • Administrative tasks;
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years in customer service, customer portfolio management (b2b) and service sales
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence different levels of an organization;
  • Experience in sales and negotiation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
  • Collaborative and empathetic spirit
  • Knowledge and interest in IT - an asset
