Recognizing the systemic barriers that prevent many from pursuing careers in STEAM, Geering Up strives to make its programming inclusive and accessible to all, regardless of gender, ethnicity, culture, or socio-economic status.

Over the past 30 years, Geering Up has reached more than 150,000 youth through summer camps, in-school workshops, outreach trips, clubs, and community events. The UBC Okanagan campus has hosted Geering Up programming for the past 10 years, extending its impact throughout the Okanagan region. More information about Geering Up is available on our .

  • Assist with budget planning and operational logistics

Consequence of Error/Judgement
