This role involves developing strategic project plans, mitigating risks and influencing key stakeholders to drive seamless execution.

Responsibilities

Executive Insights & Consulting Partnership

  • Serve as the primary insights partner for Americas/IPE technology leadership, providing clear recommendations, decision options, and trade-off narratives tailored to CIO and senior leader needs.
  • Shape and deliver regular performance narratives (monthly/quarterly) that integratedelivery, workforce, financial, and productivity signals into one cohesive story for leadership decisions.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and operate as a consultative partner, iterating based on feedback and influencing priorities and actions.

Insight Production (Decision-Grade, Not Reporting)

  • Convert complex and disparate data into actionable insights, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and executive-level storytelling
  • Diagnose trends and drivers (e.g., capacity, throughput, demand, cost, productivity, adoption) and translate them into implications and next steps.
  • Partner with Finance and the wider PMO team to align metrics and ensure consistency across planning and performance narratives

Automation, AI Enablement & Self-Serve Insight

  • Lead the shift from manual processes to automation and self-serve dashboards, reducing recurring effort and increasing repeatability and trust in the insights.
  • Sponsor and/or lead analytics enablement initiatives that improve how insights are produced (e.g., dashboarding, workflow automation, AI-assisted analysis), partnering with technical teams and/or short-term third-party support where needed.

Governance, Quality & “Gold Copy” Discipline

  • Set standards for data quality, documentation, and repeatable insight generation so that leadership decisions are based on a reliable “gold copy” of key signals.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience delivering executive-ready insights and influencing senior stakeholders with clear narratives and decision options
  • Advanced analytics capability: ability to query/manipulate complex datasets; strong critical thinking and hypothesis-led problem solving
  • Strong data visualization and communication skills (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) with an ability to make complex information understandable and actionable.
  • Proven ability to work iteratively, consultatively, and independently in an ambiguous environment; strong prioritization and stakeholder management.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills — you can influence, present clearly, and build trust
  • A collaborative mindset — you enjoy coaching others, sharing knowledge, and uplifting the people around you
  • Familiarity with workforce/cost/delivery metrics in a technology organization.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with 5 Years of strong background in business project management, stakeholder engagement and process optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / BMS) or MBA (Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field).
