POSITION SUMMARY
The Parts Coordinator will address customer questions and provide expertise in Vertiv units by supporting them via their phone calls and emails.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be to oversee the incoming calls into the 2 locations at Toronto and Montreal location. They will also help customer and LVO’s to check status of orders, if they have placed orders currently, monitor incoming emails. Place orders both warranty and non-warranty. Support the staff in running reports to clean up existing orders and provide a level of customer service laid out by management. They will also need to have and provide expertise and problem-solving skills to customer and co-workers.
QUALIFICATIONS
5 or more years’ experience. General education Degree

While performing duties of the above jobs, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or other components; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear and smell. The associate frequently is required to sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have ability to regularly lift at least 45 pounds.
ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- Operate in a safe manner in accordance with published safety guidelines
- Must wear appropriate PPE as per company guidelines and accordance with job duties
- Report all work related accidents or injuries within 24 hours to the appropriate personnel
