Job Summary :
As a Parts Advisor specializing in import brands you will play acrucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our partsoperations both at the back counter for our service technicians andthrough our wholesale channels.
Your extensive experience and deepknowledge of import brand parts will enable you to provide expertadvice manage inventory effectively and ensure customersatisfaction at all levels.
KeyResponsibilities :
Serve as the goto expert forall parts inquiries and needs related to our core import brands : Honda Hyundai Nissan Toyota and Lexus.
Provideexceptional service to both internal and external clients includingretail customers and wholesale accounts.
Efficientlymanage parts inventory including ordering receiving inspecting andstocking parts while maintaining accurate inventoryrecords.
Collaborate with the servicedepartment to ensure parts availability for scheduled serviceappointments and repairs minimizing downtime.
Process parts order and returns promptly and accuratelyensuring all transactions are documented and comply with companypolicies.
Stay informed about new productsfeatures and accessories available for import vehicles and attendrelevant training and certification programs to enhanceexpertise.
Advise staff and customers onparts selection and provide recommendations based on specific needsand requirements.
Requirements :
A minimum of 8years of experience in automotive parts specifically with importbrands such as Honda Hyundai Nissan Toyota and Lexus.
Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred.
Proven track record of success in afastpaced highvolume automotive parts environment either at theback counter in a dealership or in a wholesaleenvironment.
Strong understanding ofautomotive systems and components with the ability to communicatetechnical information clearly to nontechnicalindividuals.
Excellent customer service andcommunication skills with a commitment to meeting the highexpectations of our clients and team.
Proficiency with inventory management systems.
Ability to work effectively as part of ateam.
Valid driver’s license witha clean driving record.
