ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Providing support to the Investment Counsellor team to assist in the managing of administrative aspects of client relationships;
• Provide support to the Investment Counsellor team to assist in the managing of administrative aspects of client relationships;
• Prepare investment manager and custodian account opening documentation and coordinate the opening of custody and investment manager accounts for new and existing clients;
• Prepare and review trade tickets;
• Process trades for pooled funds and exchange traded funds;
• Coordinate cashflows and transfers of assets to client accounts; and
• Maintain and update client information including Know Your Client (KYC) documents.
