As a Corporate Law Clerk with EY Law LLP, you will provide our clients with quality service.Our team provides commercial, corporate and partnership law advisory services, including corporate due-diligences, corporate re-organizations, mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, transfer pricing, drafting commercial contracts and drafting employment policies and procedures.

Skills and attributes

• Utilize your technical legal and procedural understanding of corporate and employment law and effectively apply this knowledge to client situations.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and analyzing corporate commercial contracts, including but not limited to service agreements, joint operating agreements, participating agreements and other agreements necessary to conduct operations.
• Ensure that applications, agreements and contracts are filed in a timely manner.
• Meet with Corporate Lawyers to discuss questions raised by clients and then relate information back to leadership.
• Preferred working knowledge and familiarity with regards to Canadian corporate and contract law and experience in :
