Please see additional position details below: This is a contract position approved for 6 months. There may be an opportunity to convert to perm depending upon business need and performance. This is a hybrid position that requires some office days at our Markham office. We require someone who is fluent in English and French. How you'll make an impact Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to design and execute tailored recruitment strategies that align with Gallagher’s business goals. Build and nurture a diverse network of active and passive candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Use data-driven insights to refine sourcing methods and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Champion innovative recruitment tools and social media platforms to enhance our talent acquisition strategies. About you Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a minimum of five years in a similar role. Bilingual proficiency in English and French, enabling you to connect with diverse candidates and stakeholders across regions. A strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring strategies with business objectives. Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, such as ICIMS, and a passion for leveraging social media in talent acquisition. Experience recruiting for insurance, brokerage, or risk management roles is a plus.
