Job descriptionLaunch, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output targets. Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure every part meets strict standards. Troubleshoot minor mechanical hitches to keep the line moving smoothly. Document production wins, including output counts and machine run-times. Maintain a safe, organized workspace by following all site-specific protocols. Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. A mechanical mindset and comfort using basic tools or interfaces. The physical stamina to handle long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
