Position Overview:This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent attention to detail. You will play a key role in processing customer orders accurately, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service.A strong understanding of numbers, pricing, and order accuracy is essential. An accounting or bookkeeping background is considered a significant asset.
Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare quotations and sales orders.
Review pricing, purchase orders, and invoices for accuracy.
Communicate with customers via phone and email.
Coordinate with production, shipping, and purchasing departments.
Track order status and provide timely updates to customers.
Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Assist with invoicing and order reconciliation.
Support general administrative and office duties.

Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working with numbers and performing calculations.
Accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience is an asset.
Previous customer service or order desk experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience with ERP or accounting software is an asset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
