Job Description
What you will do as an Order Picker :
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all finished products meet our high company standards and are tailored to specific customer orders. You will be responsible for inspecting product attributes such as height, shape, color, and consistency, ensuring they align with the specifications provided. Additionally, you will be involved in cutting and preparing orders to meet the unique requirements of our customers. Your duties will include conducting block checks, removing defective products from pallets or boards, and replacing them with quality items. Tasks may vary depending on the product and process you are assigned to.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with company standards, including checking height, shape, color, and consistency.
- Cut and prepare products according to specific customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform block checks and remove defective pieces from pallets or boards, replacing them with quality products.
- Support various operational processes, including forklift operation, pallet repair, and general yard support.
- Consistently wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and uphold safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Take on additional duties as required to support team goals and operations.
