Join a fresh, fashion-focused optical retailer as a Licensed Optician. Deliver top-notch patient care and support customers in selecting their perfect frames while enjoying perks like free glasses every six months.
In this role, you will be vital to our success by accurately fulfilling prescriptions from our Optometrists and enhancing the overall customer experience. A strong understanding of eye anatomy is essential as you complement professional advice about maintaining good eye health. Your ability to provide a caring approach while performing dispensing duties will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-testing activities for patient assessments
• Assist in submitting third-party benefit claims
• Remake and repair optical frames as needed
• Follow up on customer orders actively
• Provide expert advice during frame selection
Requirements:
• Valid provincial Optician license or equivalent certification
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on eye health
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt and work with urgency
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
