Certified Forklift Operator Multiple Shifts KW Region

Location: Kitchener & Waterloo, ON
Pay Range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently move, stack, and retrieve inventory using various lift trucks.
- Shipping & Receiving: Lead the charge in loading/unloading trailers to keep the supply chain moving.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure 100% accuracy in picking and staging orders for outbound delivery.
- Inventory Control: Use RF Scanners to maintain real-time data accuracy and stock levels.
- Safety Leadership: Promote a "safety-first" culture by maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: At least 1 year of forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environments.
- Valid Certification: Current Forklift Certification is highly preferred.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to manage the physical requirements of a warehouse setting comfortably.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and a professional "can-do" attitude.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital inventory systems (RF technology).
