Here is the Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Crown Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Drivers who will be responsible for operating material handling equipment to pick, put away, load, and move products safely, accurately, and efficiently. This is a long-term, ongoing position, and candidates with exceptional work ethic, attendance, and performance may have an opportunity to be hired on permanently by our client.

Location: Erin Mills & Britannia Road, Mississauga
Afternoon shift- Mon-Fri 3:30 PM-12:00 AM, must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required
Pay rate: $23/hr + 4% vacation pay
Presenting Our Esteemed Client:

What a typical day looks like:
Operating Crown Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to move and organize inventory
Order picking using WMS and RF scanners
Building and staging shipments for outbound orders
Stock put-away and replenishment of inventory into designated rack locations
Loading and unloading trailers and containers as required
Scanning and accurately placing new inventory into assigned locations
Performing inventory maintenance, rotation, and cycle counts
Safely handling products and materials while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
Actively communicating with supervisors and team members to effectively handle materials and report any problems or concerns
Accurately documenting work performed and completing required paperwork or system transactions
Assisting with inventory audits and ensuring inventory accuracy
Following all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
Cleaning and maintaining the work area, including properly disposing of cardboard, strapping, and other warehouse debris
Requirements:
What are we looking for:
- Must have a Valid Reach and Counterbalance license.
- Must have experience with Reach and Counterbalance - Crown models
- Must have Valid working at heights / fall arrest certificate
- Must be able to drive between narrow aisle rack locations
- Must know how to operate a RF scanner
- Must be detail oriented
- Associates MUST BE AVAILABLE TO DO EXTENDED HOURS

Valid photo ID, SIN and legal permit to work is required
Candidates will be setup an interview with Armor
Qualified candidates will be presented further to our client for the forklift test.
Associate will be required to pass an initial safe forklift operator test at our client site
