The opportunity

As an Operations Analyst I, you will be a professional member of our new Managed Services practice.

Your key responsibilities

  • Collect/convert tax compliance data into an electronic format
  • Analyze data and prepare work papers based on professional standards
  • Determine the accuracy/completeness of the compliance product, perform quality assurance procedures, and prepare the product for delivery
  • Assist professionals in using technological tools
  • Share knowledge to develop professionally and enhance service delivery
  • Leverage technology to maximize productivity
  • Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture that fosters personal development and a positive attitude

Additional responsibilities and skills for success:

Analytics: Collect and analyze basic operational data; support report and dashboard creation; highlight key trends to inform decisions.Communication: Prepare clear documentation and reports and contribute meaningfully to team discussions.Problem Solving: Identify routine issues, assist with troubleshooting, and collaborate with colleagues to develop practical solutions.Quality Assurance: Maintain accuracy and completeness in data and documentation by reviewing materials and following established quality procedures.Team Collaboration: Work effectively toward shared goals, support colleagues, and help foster a positive, collaborative team culture.Technology Proficiency: Usebasic data analysis and internal reporting tools effectively and leverage collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • A high School Diploma (required); College Diploma is considered an asset
  • Bilingualism in French and English is a requirement
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability
  • Commitment to learning in a tax technology environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional PC proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
