Job description
Job Title: Senior Car Wash TechnicianLocation: Moncton, NB & Halifax, NSWork Type: PermanentSalary: $80,000 – $125,000 annual salary, depending on experienceVacancy: Existing vacancyWe’re hiring a Senior Car Wash Technician to support one of Atlantic Canada’s largest and fastest‑growing independent car wash brands. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role responsible for keeping equipment running smoothly across multiple locations, performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and supporting junior technicians as needed.This position is open to a range of experience levels. Whether you have 2–3 years of car wash repair experience or 10+ years as a seasoned lead technician, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain car wash equipment across multiple sites
  • Work with pumps, compressors, solenoids, injectors, electrical breakers, valves, and water pressure systems
  • Follow weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance schedules
  • Conduct routine inspections and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime
  • Assist with installation of new equipment and system upgrades
  • Coordinate with external contractors when required
  • Support and mentor junior technicians depending on experience level
What You'll Bring
  • Must have a valid Class 5 License with a clean driver’s abstract
  • 2–10+ years of hands-on car wash repair or technician experience
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with pumps, compressors, solenoids, injectors, breakers, waterflow, and pressure systems
  • PDQ certification is a major asset
  • Background as an electrician, plumber, millwright, or industrial technician is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Comfortable traveling between multiple locations
