Job descriptionInterprovincial Qualification (Red Seal) is required A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required Strong manual dexterity Mechanical and technical skills Precision machining, welding and fabrication Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and problem-solve malfunctions Ability to work under tight deadlines and under minimum supervision Familiarity with plastics or converting machinery would be considered an asset Work planning and continuous improvement experience would be considered an asset Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills A good sense of risk management Work flexible and on-call shifts
