Job description

Mill-Fab is hiring!
We are looking for another skilled Licensed Millwright to join our Belleville food plant team. This is a stable, rewarding role with competitive pay and strong benefits, ideal for experience industrial maintenance professionals.

What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance (PM's) and troubleshoot production equipment.
Respond to breakdowns and equipment improvements.
Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and lifts safely.
Follow lockout/tagout procedures and GMP standards.
Work on a continental rotation; overtime and shutdown work as required.

What we're Looking For:

Licensed Millwright with 3+ years industrial experience.
Food plant/GMP experience preferred.
Comfortable working at heights and in a physically active role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience operating Genie or scissor lifts.
Physically fit: able to lift 50lbs and be on your feet most of the day.
Valid driver's license in good standing.
