What you'll accomplish with us

• Understand and validate business requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner, users, and team members.
• Design, develop, configure, and integrate Salesforce solutions using a pragmatic and agile approach.
• Apply development best practices, architecture patterns, and security standards to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and execute automated and functional testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Measure and continuously improve solution quality, performance, robustness, and test coverage.
• Leverage and contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Collaborate with peers on technical decisions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the long-term sustainability of applications through proper documentation.
• Actively contribute to team ceremonies and deliver integration solutions involving APIs, enterprise applications, and event-driven architectures.

• Is known for their strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address complex technical challenges.
• Stands out for their expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Salesforce configuration, and front-end development frameworks.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, data integration concepts, and enterprise integration architectures.
• Is recognized for their collaboration, communication skills, and ability to work effectively within Agile and DevOps teams.
• Has 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce, particularly Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Data 360, Agentforce/Einstein, MuleSoft, or Kafka is considered an asset.
