Job Description
Receptionist in a private specialized gynecology ultrasound clinic.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using electronic medical records systems, Plexia
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Collect and update patient demographics
- Assist with administrative duties including filing, faxing, and data entry
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized and welcoming
