  • Develop and maintain KPIs that provide clear visibility into organizational and departmental performance.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to define what should be measured, why it matters, and how results should be interpreted.
  • Create dashboards, reports, scorecards, and other performance management tools.
  • Use Power BI, Business Central, Excel, and other tools to make operational information accessible and actionable.
  • Improve visibility into performance, capacity, constraints, productivity, quality, schedule attainment, and other key measures.

  • Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, exceptions, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate the root causes behind changes in business performance.
  • Work with departments to understand what performance information means in practical operational terms.
  • Identify data gaps and recommend improvements to how information is captured.

  • Develop testing plans and take part in user acceptance testing.
  • Document system requirements, configurations, workflows, and decisions.
