We are seeking a skilled Transmission Service Technician to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services. Job Details Salary: Competitive pay based on experience Job Type: Full Time Location: Penticton, British Columbia Job Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicle transmissions efficiently and according to dealership and factory standards Disassemble, diagnose, and repair transmissions Clean and inspect all transmission components Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional repairs Communicate mechanical diagnoses and repair needs clearly to service advisors and customers in understandable terms Stay current with automotive technology by participating in formal training Inspect and test new vehicles and document findings to ensure necessary repairs are completed Work Environment This position is based in a professional, fast-paced dealership environment that values safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
