Sommaire des responsabilités

Entretenir l’équipement;
Porter une attention visuelle précise, noter et rapporter au supérieur les défectuosités
Garder son aire de travail propre;
Observer les règles de sécurité;
Suivre les procédures de qualité, instructions de travail

Sommaire des tâches

S’assurer du bon fonctionnement et de la calibration de la machine;

Vérifier le matériel pour déceler toute anomalie de surface ou de structure;

Marquer et identifier le matériel selon les besoins

Inscrire l’avancement des travaux dans le système interne

Effectuer les entretiens journaliers

Effectuer des opérations de perçage, coping ou sciage ;

Calibrer la machine et surveiller

Manipuler toute charge de plus de 50 lbs à l’aide de pont roulant ou de palan;

Classer, organiser et identifier les pièces par division

Optimiser la coupe de morceaux dans le matériel présélectionné;

Valider la production dans notre système interne ainsi que la localisation des morceaux et balances;

Toute autre tâche connexe.

Expérience professionnelle

Avoir deux (2) ans d’expérience en opération de machine CNC dans l'industrie de l'acier

Détenir une carte de compétence pour pont roulant (atout);

Langues

Français parlé et écrit - Moyen

Formations

Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP), Fabrication mécanique - Usinage sur machines - outils à commande numérique

Attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP), Fabrication mécanique - Usinage sur machines - outils à commande numérique

Expérience1 à 2 ansCompétences

Capacité à concevoir et à adapter de l’équipement ou des technologies
