Responsibilities

  • Launch, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output targets.
  • Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure every part meets strict standards.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical hitches to keep the line moving smoothly.
  • Document production wins, including output counts and machine run-times.
  • Maintain a safe, organized workspace by following all site-specific protocols.
  • Qualifications

  • Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • A mechanical mindset and comfort using basic tools or interfaces.
  • The physical stamina to handle long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Rock-solid reliability and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • A collaborative attitude—you know that great production is a team sport.
