- Safety & Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean workspace while following provincial health and safety regulations (OHSA).

Qualifications
- Manufacturing Experience: Direct history operating machinery within an industrial, production, or fulfillment plant.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical awareness and comfort using manual hand tools for quick setups and adjustments.
- Reliability: Proven track record of strong attendance, punctuality, and workplace commitment.
- Safety Focus: Mindful approach to hazard awareness and maintaining a secure work area.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stay active, attentive, and engaged on a fast-paced production floor.
