Machine Operator Manufacturing Leader Paris, ON

Are you a precision-driven individual looking to build a career with a global leader in talent and manufacturing? Randstad Canada is currently hiring a Machine Operator for a thriving facility in the heart of Paris, Ontario.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality is the top priority, this is your opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role with a clear path toward leadership.

Location: Paris, Ontario
Shift: Days 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00/hour (Based on experience)

- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably throughout a shift.
- Mechanical Mindset: Strong aptitude for technical specs and basic industrial math.
- Detail Oriented: A "quality-first" mentality with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Reliability: High school diploma, consistent attendance record, and reliable transportation to Paris, ON.
