Safe Inventory Handling: Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse with high accuracy and care.

Shipping & Receiving: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing trailers in a fast-paced environment.

Order Fulfillment: Pick customer orders accurately and keep picking bays stocked to prevent any workflow delays.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift safety checks on your forklift to ensure it is in perfect working order.

Workspace Safety: Follow all facility safety rules to maintain an accident-free environment for yourself and your team.

Team Support: Collaborate with your coworkers to meet daily shipping and production targets together.

Qualifications
Qualifications/Certificates
Valid License: An active, current forklift certification (Counterbalance, Reach, Dock Stocker, or Walkie).

Warehouse Experience: Proven experience operating a lift truck safely in a busy industrial or logistics setting.

Rock-Solid Reliability: A strong track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and being a teammate people can count on.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods during your shift and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Schedule Flexibility: Full-time availability to commit to a steady shift schedule at our Oshawa facility.
