Job description
Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for a LOADER / UTILITY OPERATOR to join our UNDERGROUND DIVISION for the 2026 season. This position is a full -time seasonal role and offers competitive wage with benefits.
The successful candidate will perform tasks such as:
- Operation of loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment
- Performing general labour tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning up job sites
- Assisting in the maintenance and repair of equipment
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements
- Experience working in a construction or similar environment
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay Scale: $26 - $36 per hour based on experience

They will also possess a valid driver’s license and have a strong drive to contribute to the team's success by working with operators and other crew members to perform a wide range of duties. Successful candidates will also be able to maintain a safety-minded and high accountability work culture while working with their direct supervisors, and other employees while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
