Intégrez MON CAMPUS en alternance pour devenir Assistant(e) de direction : 12 mois de formation, accompagnement personnalisé et une intégration en entreprise.
Modalités :
Formation en alternance (Titre professionnel Assistant·e de direction) sur 12 mois, avec un accompagnement pédagogique personnalisé par MON CAMPUS.
Rythme : 1 jour de formation par semaine en distanciel (e-learning et plateforme accessible 24h/24) et 4 jours en entreprise (contrat d’apprentissage).
Obtention du titre professionnel "Assistant de direction" de niveau 5
Missions principales :
Gestion administrative : organisation des agendas, préparation et suivi des réunions, rédaction de comptes-rendus, classement et archivage de documents.
Accueil et relation interne/externe : prise d’appels, gestion du courrier électronique, accueil des visiteurs et coordination des échanges entre services.
Support à la gestion financière et budgétaire : préparation des notes de frais, suivi des factures, relations avec les fournisseurs (tâches simples).
Organisation d’événements et déplacements : réservation de salles, gestion des déplacements professionnels, coordination logistique.
Travail en binôme avec le tuteur en entreprise et reporting régulier des activités.
Profil recherché :
Intérêt pour l’organisation, le relationnel et le support aux équipes.
Bonnes qualités relationnelles, sens du service, discrétion et respect de la confidentialité.
Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et capacité à prioriser les tâches.
Maîtrise orale et écrite du français ; aisance avec les outils numériques et les logiciels bureautiques.
Ouvert à tous·tes dès 16 ans. Pas de prérequis stricts (personnes en reconversion, futur·e·s créateur·rice·s d’entreprise, personnes RQTH...)

Rémunération : conformément à la réglementation du contrat d’apprentissage ou de professionnalisation.
Accompagnement pédagogique par MON CAMPUS : e-learning, ressources en ligne, coach dédié et suivi mensuel.
