Job description
Au sein de l'équipe Subway, votre rôle de gérant adjoint portera sur sept aspects principaux:
- Offrir une excellente expérience client.
- Faire en sorte que des aliments de grande qualité soient préparés et servis.
- Maintenir le restaurant fonctionnel, propre et beau.
- Contrôler l'inventaire.
- Ordonnancer et superviser le personnel.
- Maintenir les normes de santé et sécurité du restaurant.
- Faire preuve d’esprit d'équipe.
En complément au rôle de chef de quart, une partie importante de vos journées de travail consistera à réaliser les tâches suivantes:
- Gérer un effectif de 4 à 12 personnes, y compris l'affectation et l'évaluation du travail.
- Aider à planifier les événements spéciaux et promotionnels dans le restaurant et coordonner toute formation nécessaire à la réussite des événements.
- Participer à la commande de produits et au maintien de l'inventaire au besoin.

CONDITIONS PRÉALABLES
Éducation : diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
Expérience : connaître les opérations d'un restaurant, préférablement avec expérience de supervision
COMPÉTENCES ESSENTIELLES
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et capacité à traiter avec les membres de l'équipe à tous les niveaux. Connaissances souhaitables en informatique.
Sur le plan physique : capacité à travailler dans tout secteur du restaurant selon les besoins et d'utiliser un terminal de point de vente ou une caisse enregistreuse informatisés. Ce poste exige de se plier, de rester debout et de marcher tout au long de la journée. Le candidat doit pouvoir soulever fréquemment un poids de 4,5 kg (10 lb) et, occasionnellement, de 13,6 kg (30 lb).

La disponibilité de postes à temps plein ou à temps partiel le jour, le soir ou la fin de semaine varie d'un restaurant à l'autre.
