As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that both guests and staff have a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Manage and train restaurant staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchen spaces.
