  • Collaborate with warehouse staging personnel to coordinate the effective release, staging, and flow of materials.

  • Count and reconcile packaging jobs with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all materials are properly accounted for.

  • Confirm material consumption in the ERP system and ensure all data entries are accurate and timely.

  • Maintain general housekeeping of the processing area and actively participate in 5S and other continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Follow all Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

  • Report potential hazards and communicate risks that may affect timelines or deliverables in a proactive manner.

  • Work harmoniously with team members, model positive team principles, and contribute to achieving project and departmental objectives.

  • Carry out all duties in strict compliance with quality systems, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly workspace, using visual management and scheduling systems to support efficient workflow.

  • Remain client and patient conscious in daily activities and decision-making.

  • Understand and support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify areas for system improvement, and engage in problem solving to enhance team performance.

  • Demonstrate openness to change, model positive thinking, and help the team adapt to shifting priorities and new ways of working.

  • Strive to continuously improve skills and knowledge related to material handling, production, and warehouse operations.

  • Perform alternating or rotating shift work as required to support production schedules.

  • Operate manual and electrical lift trucks and forklifts, as qualified, to move, stage, and store materials.

  • Perform picking, packaging, order picking, shipping, and receiving tasks as part of daily operations.

  • Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track, locate, and manage materials and finished goods.

  • Work in a freezer (approximately -20°C) and walk-in cooler as needed to handle temperature-controlled materials.
