Job description
Key Responsibilities :
- Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Plan and manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to identify dependencies and mitigate risks.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including status reports roadmaps and performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve project issues promptly ensuring minimal impact on deliverables.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and executive leadership ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Champion Agile best practices and continuously work to improve team performance
