  • Mentor junior estimators and contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools

Who You Are

Youre a seasoned estimator who thrives on details and accuracy. You balance technical knowledge with business acumen, turning complex data into confident, competitive estimates. You work well under pressure, communicate clearly, and bring a proactive, team-first attitude to everything you do.

You Have

  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in cost development and documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and field teams
  • A valid Class 5 drivers licence with a clean record and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
  • A problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Whats In It for You

Youll be based at our Cranbrook, BC headquarters, close to the projects and people who make them happen. This position involves occasional site visits and may require overtime depending on bid schedules.
