Our client located in Concord, Ontario is expanding their team and looking for a passionate IT individual to join their IT Support team. This is a 3 month contract opportunity to start, looking for candidates available ASAP. If you are looking for an opportunity to expand your technical skills and work for an impressive organization this could be the right job for you! The ideal candidate will have experience with the following :
IT System Support :
o Support applications used throughout the organization
o Ability to create scripts using Python or JavaScript.
o Basic networking skills required.
o VOIP Phone setup and support required.
o Basic WIFI troubleshooting
Dynamic Technical Tasks :
o Support Project work
o Support IT work through our internal Helpdesk team
o Support users using Remote Desktop Services.
o You will be expected to participate in meetings that will engage your knowledge in operational systems to effectively problem solve.
IT Admin Tasks :
o User ID admin (new / edit requests)
o Onboarding admin
o Office 365 Support
Set Up Tasks :
o Physical set up of monitors, tv’s, laptops, speakers, etc
o Set up employee workstations
