Job description

This role is accountable for all Civil Works and associated financial control via Scheduling (time), SP/ASP, and Quality Management on a given project. The position ensures that all Service Providers adhere to standards, processes, and procedures as well as all Federal and Local standards. The role identifies continuous improvement opportunities and interfaces with various internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in job-related project builds over 200 sites.
  • Experience in assessing and controlling charges to the agreed site design.
  • Knowledge in workers safety and work environment safety.
  • Experience in supervising, coordinating, and monitoring works with Service Providers.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying and solving complicated problems by adapting existing procedures, techniques, and methods.
  • Ability to actively contribute to improvement and change.
  • Ability to work independently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with civil design plans and project goals.
  • Attend coordination and progress meetings.
  • Supervise on-site activities and ensure safety guidelines are enforced.
  • Perform site pre-inspections and coordinate post-construction audits.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and provide accurate status information to project management.
