This is a great opportunity to lead our client’s brand-new restaurant opening with a well-established hospitality group known for creating vibrant, guest-focused dining experiences.

This is a relaxed, non-corporate environment with a welcoming, community feel and a fun, creative beverage program at its core. We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who thrives in an energetic setting and enjoys building teams from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full restaurant opening from pre-opening through launch and beyond
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing FOH team
  • Drive a fun, energetic, and guest-focused culture
  • Own day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and consistent service
  • Manage scheduling, labour, and cost controls to hit financial targets
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and build a strong local following
  • Partner with senior leadership on systems, standards, and ongoing growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience
  • Experience in high-volume, elevated casual concepts
  • New opening experience is a strong asset
  • Work within a concept with a strong beverage focus
  • Strong leadership presence - hands-on and team-focused
  • Passion for hospitality, people, and creating a great atmosphere
