Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Parts Counter Associate on behalf of our client in Frankford, ON. This role supports daily parts operations by handling receiving, invoicing, inventory control, and customer service at the parts counter. You should be customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working with inventory systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pay Rate: $ 22.00/hour
  • Location: Frankford, ON
  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and condition
  • Process parts and work order invoicing accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control
  • Support customers at the parts counter, providing helpful and professional service
  • Assist with parts lookups, order processing, and basic inquiries
  • Maintain organized inventory areas and ensure proper parts storage
  • Use computer systems to enter, retrieve, and update parts and inventory information
  • Follow company procedures and support a safe, efficient workplace
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of compact equipment parts is considered a strong asset
  • Ability to understand and use computer systems for inventory and invoicing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Customer-focused and professional demeanor
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a parts, warehouse, or service environment
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
