What will your typical day look like?

Our Workday Finance team delivers Workday implementations, package-enabled Finance transformations, and Advisory services to help our clients improve their business, including Procurement, Inventory, and end-to-end Supply Chain operations.

As a Senior Consultant, Workday SCM Functional Lead, you will lead the implementation of the Workday SCM suite (Workday Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Inventory,) while supporting sales pursuits and contributing to practice development.

You will partner with clients throughout the full project lifecycle—from planning and design to go-live and post-deployment support. You will facilitate virtual and in-person workshops to gather requirements, document process flows, and provide solution recommendations.

You will configure Workday SCM processes, develop creative solution prototypes, prepare client-ready presentations, and guide clients through testing, deployment, knowledge transfer, and adoption.

On top of this, you will find yourself part of a team of talented professionals, leaders and innovators in the Workday ecosystem who are passionate about putting the client first and getting to the right answer.

About the team

We work closely with Finance and Supply Chain Management leaders to solve their most complex operational challenges using Workday. Our Workday teams have deep experience delivering transformative solutions across finance, procurement, sourcing, supplier management and inventory.

We bring industry best practices and leverage our global network to help clients improve process efficiency, compliance, cost visibility, and control. Whether we are supporting large, complex Finance and SCM deployments or more rapid Workday Launch projects, our focus is on delivering strategic value and sustainable operational improvements.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

Required:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting, with a focus on Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Inventory.
  • Experience leading 2+ full lifecycle Workday SCM implementations or equivalent ERP P2P/SCM deployments.

OR

  • 7+ years of industry supply chain, procurement, and/or inventory experience
  • Experience leading a fully lifecycle Workday SCM implementation for a Workday client.
  • Hands‑on experience with Workday functional areas including:
    • Procurement
    • Supplier Accounts
    • Inventory
    • (Optional) Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Contracts
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end P2P processes: requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, settlements, catalogs, and supplier enablement.
  • Knowledge of Inventory processes such as replenishment, stock counts, issuing, put‑away, and inventory valuation.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities across concurrent projects.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate business needs into Workday solutions.
  • Willingness to travel across Canada when required.[DR2]

Preferred:

  • Workday Procurement and/or Inventory certifications (or Workday Pro) are strong assets.
  • Experience in procurement in the Healthcare sector is an asset
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, and visualization tools.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and process mapping.
  • Background or academic experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or related functional areas.

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
