  • Monitor for all camp departments, including catering, janitorial, maintenance, and housekeeping.
  • Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols to reduce spoilage and ensure stock freshness. Conduct routine stock counts and prepare detailed reports on inventory usage, variances, and trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Supervise expiration dates and coordinate the timely usage of perishable goods. Receive, document, and organize all shipments in accordance with safety and storage standards.
  • Assist with daily stock movements between outdoor sea-cans, warehouses, and various camp locations including during inclement weather conditions. Ensure accurate and timely record keeping of all stock movement.
  • Prepare consumption and cost analysis reports for food, beverages, water, and maintenance items.
  • Assist with applying best practices in F&B cost control to ensure minimal waste and optimized pricing strategies.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces; promptly report hazards or incidents.
  • Support and collaborate with hospitality operations, including kitchen and service teams, to ensure seamless service and supply flow across departments. Help coordinate the movement of products between sea containers, site transfers, and warehouses.

Physical Demands:
