Position Description

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, CRM, ITOM, SPM, or HRSD.
  • Possess demonstrated experience in leveraging ServiceNow's best practices in the applications mentioned above.
  • Create and manage advanced scripts, workflows, Business Rules, and UI policies.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and configure the imported data.
  • Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in code reviews.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • 3 - 5 years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing new modules.
  • ServiceNow certification in the modules mentioned above would be a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform's functionalities and capabilities.
  • Experience in building and maintaining integrations.
  • Critical thinking in terms of requirement gathering, solution design, and automation design.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
