This is a unique opportunity to build and own the HR function from the ground up within a fast-growing organization with a fun-loving, vibrant, and collaborative culture. Reporting directly to the president, this role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who has experience carving out the HR space and loves to make meaningful impact in a scaling organization.

Responsibilities
Serve as the sole HR representative for the organization, owning all HR functions
Special emphasis on full-cycle recruitment for all positions, and on creating and refining policies and procedures
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters as the company grows
Champion company culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives
Qualifications
5+ years of HR experience in a managerial or standalone HR role
Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, benefits administration, policy development and refinement, employee relations, employment law, performance management, and health & safety
CHRP or CHRL designation is considered an asset
Comfortable working independently and building HR processes from scratch
Fun-loving, approachable, and culture-oriented
