Stakeholder Reporting & Governance Provide clear executive-level reporting on schedule, financials, risks, and key decisions Align development, design, construction, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle Serve as the central communication link between executive leadership and project stakeholders 7.

Commissioning & Closeout Lead system commissioning, integrated testing, and performance validation Oversee deficiency resolution, regulatory sign-offs, and final acceptance Ensure complete and accurate closeout documentation, warranties, and turnover packages Conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement Qualifications & Experience Core Qualifications 8–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial or industrial construction project management Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, complex, multi-million-dollar projects with full lifecycle accountability Strong command of construction sequencing, contract structures, scheduling methodologies, cost controls, and risk management Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and multidisciplinary teams Experience managing consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders at a senior level Proficiency with modern project controls and construction management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam or equivalent) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level decision-making capabilities Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites across Canada Preferred Experience Direct experience delivering data centres or other mission-critical facilities Experience with power-intensive infrastructure, utility coordination, and complex commissioning processes Background working within an owner/developer-led project environment Experience delivering projects across multiple Canadian jurisdictions Working Environment Regular travel to active project sites across Canada Senior leadership role spanning office, site, and executive settings Fast-paced, capital-intensive, and execution-focused environment Oversight of multiple concurrent projects with high levels of accountability Why Join TrueNorth Lead nationally significant, next-generation data centre developments Work directly with executive leadership in a high-impact role Shape how critical digital infrastructure is delivered across Canada Competitive executive-level compensation and benefits Long-term growth within a rapidly expanding infrastructure platform Join a disciplined, entrepreneurial team committed to excellence Powered by JazzHR
