What You’ll Do :
Lead a skilled team with a solution-focused, can-do attitude
Plan and schedule work effectively, ensuring efficient production flow
Maintain high-quality standards and ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications
Oversee the manufacturing of custom commercial millwork from start to finish, ensuring the use of proper techniques and materials
Operate and supervise the use of woodworking tools and equipment
Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
Identify and resolve challenges to maintain productivity
What You Bring :
At least 5 years of professional millwork experience
Proven experience leading a manufacturing team
Expertise in custom commercial millwork production
Strong organizational and delegation skills
Proficiency with woodworking tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Problem-solving skills to address production challenges
